Depending on the practice you could use the drive through for prescriptions to pick up or have a mini pharmacy there.

@Lap Ku, Great question - There's no prescriptive statutory period. 

Rich Dad, Poor Dad and the series are inspiring but they're not prescriptive, that's certainly true.

Unfortunately trial and error is the best prescription I have found for finding the balance.
