I've found that most investors who I speak with who have already created a high level of success are just doing it at this point for the love of Real Estate investing... like its a game really!

If the seller is not in the real estate business, you'll need to address these terms plus you'll need to ensure they understand how seller financing works and how it can help them.My point here is that you'll want to be careful that you understand what's really going on here and not try to "wing" it.As they say in poker, “In every poker game, someone is the sucker. 

A lot of people can talk a great game, but looking someone in the eye and seeing their product in person is absolutely the best way to suss out the gamers from the good guys.
