Agree, STR are saturated but given the numbers, I expect unsuccessful players will leave the market.  

Many players will not have your best interests at heart.

This just protects our investment until probate is finished.Get creative with your offers you never know what will interest a seller.Have a conversation and find out their needs if you can before making offers.

And, the longer you wait to act, the longer the squatter stays - and even gains some legal protections to stay while your waiting on a slow court system to act on an eviction.
