Morris should have shut this down withing the first few months when he was getting this feedback on Oceanpointe but instead he charged right on through made himself a few million bucks or so.. and then ducked :)keep your options open.. its still amazing to me though where people get on these threads and are seriously considering still using Morris to facilitate buying an investment property.. strange and really a testament to how persuasive his pod casts or u tubes are..
