with permission of the homeowner most water companies will give you the monthly reports for over a year I recently made a sale and the new owner asked for this info I was able to download the information for him with monthly usage,great graphs, and of course billing i could have went back over 3 years

And when the rental total is at 20%, you might not get permission to rent, especially if you're doing BRRRR, unlike mine, when I bought it, stated it was for rental from the start.On the other end of the spectrum, there are condos where it is out of control.

We sent out revised emergency contact forms to all of our residents this year, asking for the name of the person who has permission to remove their belongings "in the event of prolonged absence from your apartment".They understood what we were asking.

I have heard of horror stories where asking for forgiveness rather than permission in this permit arena causes undoing and redoing the work (with a permit, this time) with great expense in time and $ if the city inspector decides that this or that is not up to code.

This will take a team of beekeepers, but I can pretty much guarantee that your local beekeeping club (once they get permission from the owner) would absolutely LOVE to get in there and remove the bees.

The agent must present ALL offers PERIOD...if the OWNER EXPRESSLY gives them permission to disclose facts/terms of the other offers, then it is not an issue.
