But people still flock to Disney, Universal is opening a new theme park in May and the area will always have new events and attractions to draw guests.

You guys are asking for lawsuits evicting people without proof. 

There's a good chance the issue(s) you face has already been discussed and answered.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.

Multiple people including myself have tried to caution him of the the true costs but he's been repeatedly dismissive and has made it clear we give him motivation and he wants to prove us all wrong (whatever that means). 

There are a lot of people looking in Indy on here, but there is a tightrope you have to walk so you don't solicit.

Don’t be distracted by people with other plans and ways.
