Looking to invest specifically in luxury beach rentals, so would love to connect with other people in that space (agents, lenders, etc). 

My buddy just got burned by someone borrowing from multiple people where the others weren't aware of each other and they thought they were the only one lending, etc.It all comes down to how well you REALLY know each person in the deal, and then, "do you REALLY know them?"  

What a lot of people end up doing, and sadly I'm prone to this as well, is they spend way more time learning then they need to in order to get their first deal done.

Knowing with the FHA loan might go that route but wondering what other people would do.

With the run up on RE prices and boom of STRs over last 5ish years people have been led to believe it is easy and leveraging has minimal risk.
