In many cases, you’ll still receive the benefits of direct ownership such as appreciation, cash flow, tax advantages, etc, however with a lot less time and headaches.

If you're trying to make money without ownership you might want to consider traditional wholesaling by finding discounted properties off-market and then selling to investors.

All investments would be though a bank owned trust fund, or fidecomiso, which we will set up on a project by project basis, and I would advise is the best mechanism for property ownership in Mexico.
