If you rush maybe everything goes smoothly, or maybe it will cost you more money out of your pocket to remove an unwanted tenant.

Instead of just trying this shotgun approach where you force all these new/unwanted changes and then get all the feedback afterward saying that nobody actually likes them.

Don´t let the travel restrictions stop you because your property manager can withhold your income for the first 3-6 months if you need time to get that organised.

Do you not think they would lie to you especially if they can unload an unwanted asset & get some cash in the process?  

When we rent furnished units to corporations or organisations, we place the lease in the name of the company (unless it is a small, startup) and have a scheduled addendum which lays out a simple process for a change in occupants:  each new occupant signs a 1-page document where they acknowledge they have read, and will abide by, our house rules.
