From, "someone ate my food" to "someone takes long showers and uses up all the hot water" and even arguements over parking spots.Who wants to handle all that extra nonsense for "free"?

A lot can be learned by reading books, watching online content, and learning as much as possible about raising and organizing money via a syndication or private fund. 

Food in fridge is from April this year and it basically looks like someone was half way through moving out and then something happened and so a bunch of stuff is still in house. specifically one room filled with about 10 burner phones, 3 tvs, personal clothes, mail, kids personal items and bunch of random stuff new with tags, etc etc. he also had pets which was against lease term. one of the rooms was used as a pet room completely destroying carpet and staining walls with urine etc. 

It will be taxed on a state level based on the state the entity is organized in, AND possibly the state the entity is registered to do business in.  

They were impressed how organized our paperwork was.Notice I didn't list asset protection?

People if you truly want to become successful, you seriously need to learn how to use common sense.Now this is me:All these leads are motivated off-market, organic leads.

I see the value in not being overwhelmed because of a failure to properly build a situation with systems and organization.

Can't speak to the organization in Michigan but generally the benefits of a well run STRA far outweigh the costs.I am a property manager in Hawaii so we are constantly being hit with new anti-STR legislation and have a large, well-funded hotel lobby to deal with constantly.
