About an about a week ago I  searched online to see if there were other real estate forms that might be interested and didn’t come up with any that seemed any better.If I see someone, there’s exceptionally hostile to others it makes me a little more hesitant to interact with them.

We just closed in late Dec so the financials are a work in progress but we’re projecting and tracking closely to a 55% expense ratio and should have about 11% CoC in year one through the renovation period as we get more renovated units online

This may be because (1) until recently interest rates were trending lower so if the lender is getting a higher rate on subject note than he can obtain on new note there’s no monetary incentive to call the note (2) in the past technology did not exist to identify the property transfers (ten years ago county recording docs were not online) and (3) the lenders rather collect payments than own property.
