When the property is rent to a group of 3 traveling nurses, should each of them individually fill out the complete rental application form?

Hey BP Family, I'd love your insight on this.I'm currently weighing two intriguing options: house-hacking a 4-plex or venturing into the realm of MTR with a single-family home or duplex, particularly for renting to travel nurses.

They are still branding themselves as a furnished rental website for "travel nurses and other traveling professionals" but they give travel nursing top billing throughout their website.

They are historically associated with travel nurses, but guests looking for midterms are much broader.

Nurses do sometimes travel with their spouse or partner.

If it's close to Morton Plant Hospital your target audience would probably be traveling nurses.

I would look into furnished finder and rent to a travel nurse. 

Does anyone have any experiences with nursing homes or gas stations?

She is new to the mid term game and i don't have any managers that specifically have people that work with insurance companies or possibly nurses and whatnot. 

Looking around Saint Lukes, KU Medical Center, and The University of Missouri to rent mostly to travel nurses/ professionals.
