There is still a risk: You do not have the right outprice and lose money, your deal goes south due to unfound things when you bought it, then the rehab phase brings them up, and you spend more, and the market changes, which is something that can happen on a moment's notice.

You'll have to read the details in your PPM and Capital Call notice but generally you send in more money to maintain or decrease, but never increase, your original position, It's not like putting money into a losing stock where you now own more of the company for a lower average price.You're far from the only person this has happened to.

I think the reason that Grocapitus or Neal Bawa were not getting much response either speaks to their level of participation in BP (Neal obviously doesn't spend much time here), or the fact that unhappy LPs were shy, or happy LPs were shy, or BP does a poor job of really getting posts noticed.

The new reporting deadlines are detailed below, according to the official notice on FinCEN's website:• Existing companies (formed before January 1, 2024) have until January 13, 2025, to fulfill their BOI reporting obligations.• Reporting companies created/registered on or after September 4, 2024—that previously had a filing deadline between December 3, 2024 and December 23, 2024—have until January 13, 2025, to file their initial BOI reports.• Reporting companies created/registered on or after December 3, 2024 and on or before December 23, 2024, have an additional 21 days from their original filing deadline to file their initial BOI reports FinCEN.• Reporting companies that qualify for disaster relief may have extended deadlines that fall beyond January 13, 2025.
