It's a very big issue in my market, the #1 I hear from take-overs, how there place was decent, all was good at start but once tenant was in, they were getting a constant stream of maintenance notices.

@Ricardo Guzman-Hernandez your PMC should be able to provide you copies of court notices and other supporting paperwork.You can also Google the court - many now have a website where they post case updates.

If you decide not to renew their lease or increase their rent they need a 60 day notice, and you have to notify S8 as well.Outside of those 2 exceptions your tenant should follow the lease like everyone else.
