I charge the pet fee and also bumped up my nightly base rate.

By last night and early this morning, I did suggest that they evacuate but that they could stay if they didn't have any other options (surge is my main concern, we are on the 18th floor so I don't think they will have an issue with that and we have Miami/Dade qualified hurricane protection)...BUT, I was very forthright that they would likely be without water and electricity and stuck on the 18th floor possible for some time.  

Is there anyone who is in need of another room and ticket for the 3 night stay?

I would not be able to sleep at night regardless of what the agreement said.

On the 6th night, guest sent an alteration request to check out earlier, after 7 nights.

We don't drain after every guest (average stay is 2 nights) but we usually do at least once a week or if it shows any signs of bad quality water.

I got caught in the storm last night but it looks like just off and on rain - should be OK most of the time and plenty of cover at the resort when the rain hits

I was thinking $100/night when I’d generally charge $125-$155.

That night I got up to see what the storm was doing.
