What I did not tell you , the loan term is amortized over 2 years, the park is only worth 450k and best part is since you were too hung up on a down payment, you did not dish out for a phase 1 and bought a contaminated property.

It was a great student job.  4 pm to 8 every evening, first doing the tray line, then delivering trays, picking them up and then washing the dishes. 

I started focusing on my health and exercise back in October of 2015, and within a few weeks of running every morning it was easier to pass on unhealthy foods, it easier to sit down and read a book, it was even easier to do simple things that get pushed aside like the dishes.
