Hi @Rene Hosman -In a nutshell, I find motivated sellers and tenants with damaged credit (or ones without a large enough down payment) and work to put the tenants in the seller's house with an option to buy.

It's the sort of market that passes every metric or test when you start doing research, though. 

Remember.....Now is the time for thanksgiving/christmas offers to find motivated sellers who want out by the new year.

I myself am a second generation Mexican and have been motivated to learning as much as I can about real estate by reading books, forums, and listening to podcasts such as the one you were featured on.  

Most "cash buyers" actually use some sort of financing. 

It is good to learn about but I think it is not the wisest to overly push the idea of creative finance, not that BP is necessarily doing that, I was just explaining likely motive behind why they want people to read that book first

Further, only a minority of sellers will be interested or motivated to offer a significant discount for a 7 day no contingency sale.

He started out clueless and he is now just doubling down with the lies in a poorly executed blackmail attempt of sorts.
