@Chris Clothier yes we are seeing residents be less mobile recently as well (we manage 1000 doors in OKC Metro) as long as the owners keep the increase under 10% they tend to stay and renew.  

Chrome on mobile is clunky enough but BP banners, ads and layouts make it almost impossible to see what I type, answer questions etc.

You are paying for the support oft he Company communities and even more... ( Contacts, forms, properties, all successful members cell phone ( my fav one - any time o got a question i got a local person can meet me and check on the deal together ) ( JV for deals) .. or EPIC E.ducation , P. roperties , I.come , C. ommunities . ..

If you buy in an area around Lake Winnipesaukee or Winnisquam you may find the ability to rent to STR folks that want the lake, to skiers-Gunstock ski area is in proximity to Lake Winni, and there are some ski mobile trails a bit north of Lake Winni closer to Squam lake.

Has anybody heard of REI Mobile?

In fact the city of mobile has argued in court that you have an obligation to secure and maintain.

I own a small lot in Sutherlin (between Danville and South Boston) with a mobile home on it, I would like to rent this place out if I can. 

Park Makeup 3 TOHs, 6 POHs(Ones a Doublewide if that matters), and One Empty pad that I could use for projections for DSCR according to one commercial lender.Is there any way to better gauge what a park might appraise for if looked at for only pad rents occupied by mobile homes?
