I operate 14 properties from the same checking account.

To clarify, I have been studying real estate for several years, but have been otherwise engaged in operating  other businesses that my wife and I both own, both as CFO and CEO roles.

It has been operating for 2 months now.

It would for sure have to be a higher hourly rate than a typical W2 job however as agents are 1099 contractors and there are expenses associated with maintaining our licenses and operating our businesses that usually come out of our commissions.

I do a lot of boots on the ground stuff for different clients of mine who might need stuff like leasing, walkthroughs, contractor recommendations, but want to be more hands on with the managing of the property.  

I can't just get rid of the lease and have them sign mine.   

As for one of my other operators, I am invested into REM in 3 different deals.

This approach will allow you to focus on the financial benefits rather than the day-to-day operational tasks.Additionally, consider how this rental income will contribute to your overall financial picture.

We need to optimize industries our areas offer or specialize in.My area has tons of fruit orchards and crypto / blockchain mining operations.  

Ha ha, this reminds me of a buddy of mine who I worked with when I first arrived.
