When I input things into the calculator for some reason the cashflow graph is showing "no data"What have I done wrong?

Accordingly, the higher the share of 18 to 44-year olds in a neighborhood, the higher the demand for rental housing (see the relationship in the graph below). 

I would give him the $100k then as his time is money as well, HOWEVER, for that amount I would expect him to sign some kind of covenant that reduces his equity at certain tiers if he does not complete the project within a certain time frame or hit certain agreed upon milestones.  

I would recommend giving bonuses as milestones are completed by a certain date instead of one large bonus at the end.

I used to measure then draw to scale on graph paper.

The more supply dropped into a market, the more growth needed to keep occupancies and rents up.The graph below shows Building Permits as a % of Existing Housing stock in select markets. 

Then payout when certain milestones are met (ie. 100% complete on rooms or line items, not perceived progress). 

So if I can get to the point where I have OTHER people paying MY mortgage, that's a big milestone in my eyes.
