Definitely do more research on the BRRRR method as that sounds like what you're trying to do.

Companies specifically mentioned by Santarelli as having been purchased with Norada Capital Management investor funds, for pennies on the dollar, and secured by promissory notes are literally refuted by the real buyers of these big-name brands out of bankruptcy.

Maybe if I was younger it would make more sense, but staying with the method I've used over the last 10 years will only become more refined and efficient.
