Opinions of NTN (for tenant credit report), etc.?
14 March 2011 | 16 replies
Think of other services as offering pricing sort of like a fast food "value meal", but NTN only has a menu where you pay for fries and drink as separate items. Not seeing the actual reports, as you mentoned, is not the way I've done things, so I can't comment on that aspect.

Which tenant screening service do you use?

I am trying QuickCheck this time...there is also a service here on BP, you can find it in the menu on the main site...I used NTN for my first tenants but there are too many hoops to jump through to get a real credit report from them, so I decided not to use them this time.
