Most of the wholesale offers I’ve received state clearly they want it fully assignable (vs seller approval to assign) and mode of access or specific procedures for access.

Is there a specific town or suburb that would attract medical professional and/or professional tenants more than others?

I am in the medical field and want to dip my hands into real estate.  

More so, each accountant has their own procedures and interpretations.

In some cases title companies will still refuse to insure if they notice something off procedurally with the the tax sale process.

My company has developed detailed internal procedures for these so, just understand, I'm simplifying the process quite a bit here. 

One of the most common derogatories are medical expenses.

Look up medical for Shock Wave therapy and/or Pre Nuvo body scan.I just don't like Enabler or Victim approaches. 

Many wont even live till 60.People get blinded by the new shiny toy that they forget, REAL ESTATE IS THE RETIREMENT VEHICLE so why put a retirement vehicle into another retirement vehicle which you can't even enjoy until you're dead or crippled with medical issues.
