I don't see a reason to remove the new supports in the crawl space in the future and based on your picture, I don't think you would need to remove them to put in new floors.

There’s no real reason to jump into another market unless your goals shift and your current market doesn’t fit anymore—or if the market itself stops producing the results you need.Mastering one market and squeezing every opportunity out of it is a much better play than spreading yourself too thin and getting half-baked results in multiple places.

And that's the fact that the main entry point from an intrinsic standpoint on RE was during the outlier period.Real estate is not an intrinsic day 1 asset.

That is one of the main reasons that I’m so skeptical. 

I think that there are 3 reasons why Financial Planners aren't able to handle this:1.

I see no reason not to if you know the money is coming in. 

Also, why stay in OR/WA we have a lot of refugees come to Id for lots of reasons.

We have a reasonably high income from our W-2’s and rents with annual income in the $250k+/year depending on bonuses & OT worked and is usually closer to $300k.

I would for sure want to cancel the sale, my main concern would be them trying to force the sale oppose to not getting my $1k deposit back.
