The first main purpose of real estate investing(or any other investing) should be the return you are getting.

The main differences (besides rates/underwriting guidelines) is what you can include in your renovation costs.

We haven’t really felt the effects of it yet but I think that is mainly due to the timeframe it takes for them to process claims and emotions from the devastation.

They said it’s way too small for the price. (3,192 square foot total) 2,200 on the main floor alone.
