Also, multi-family space is really where its at but not right now.I think you should (heck I should) go talk to Minh Le (he's on BP) who has been extremely successful investing in the SF bay area in the Commercial/Multi-family space.

. :) While I did make good money, it wasn't so good that we didn't need it.Unfortunately, and I suspect this is the case for everyone who's experiencing this seemingly "weird" phenomenon from their contractors, it's most likely that (as @Minh L. mentioned) they are not the most organized nor have a system.
