Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

You can weed them out till you find good ones, and when you do, then you offer a 6-12 month renewal.

OKC and Birmingham markets both offer some great opportunities and good entry prices for new investors.
