@Raheem AkersThere are two kinds of business loans.The first is the true business loan where the business itself qualifies for the loan based on profitability, balance sheet, assets, longevity, risk analysis, etc.The second was created about 15 years ago when personal interest was no longer deductible from income.

I might look more into them in the future, as they certainly have the longevity on their side.

As mentioned earlier - I did this treatment in a rental last November, so can't speak to the longevity of it yet.

Many feel you are not serious or assume you have longevity unless you have a website.Wordpress offers many options for developing a professionally designed website.
