Lessons learned?

I've also seen advice about reaching out to local flippers to try and learn more by putting a small amount of money into their deals.

Most importantly, their platform is not user friendly and has a time consuming learning curve.

P.S. if you do plan on getting into farming, I would learn everything you can about futures/commodities trading.

I'd recommend looking at other regions like Austin and Denver to see how they are structuring deals to learn a bit more.
