An elderly lady who owns rentals next door to me has moved away since her husband passed.

I rented out a tiny commercial space to some ladies that wanted to open a retail clothing store. 10 days after move in they had a falling out and one of them moved her portion of the merchandise out of the store the next day.

I'm based in Dallas.Not really mate, "people buy people" and I never was a fan of "promoting" my business or selling crap from stage.But now that I think of it, might get some branded stand up banners, quick fold up picnic table, 3 pretty ladies and just have a set up in the lobby hahaJokes

Though I don’t have my finger on the pulse of our Airbnb market to the extent some of my more experienced investor clients I’m sure have, I can relay some pretty consistent feedback from multiple hosts.

Preferably a call, there so much to speak on, and my fingers would fall off with ways to go about this!

ya that's basically mission impossible under the scenario you outlined.There is a lady I know from Oregon and this was her and her moms experince.They bought a duplex  ran that for a few years sold and bought a 4 plex ran that for some years then they were able to buy a 8 unit  then next step was a 20 unit.
