I am leaning towards as-is due to the lack of funds in my current situation.

There has been a lot of turnover in the featured agent program and I agree, the lack of responsiveness to us (the paying customers) and inability to reach an account rep directly, could use some serious improvement. 

From an outside viewer, I would be nervous to work with either one of you, since you are fast to go public with any grievance and the realtor has poor communication skills and has no problem blaming external circumstances for lack of a simple courtesy call.

Still competitive due to lack of inventory but the return potential is much better.

That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level. 

Factors such as competition, food trends, lack of management, ingress etc, can close these stores. 

Due to his lack of communication ability he has to work through third parties such as myself to obtain this critically needed information.

And even then… i have seen home owners get less bc they lack stamina, negotiation skills, they lose money when negotiating for repairs… or they don’t know how to quantify a repair.
