I agree many of these people have had some sort of brain injury at some point but complaining on the BP forum will not change that so you must take responsibility and help them do their job if you want to avoid a majority of the issues everyone is complaining about.

However, the SBA Emergency Injury Disaster Assistance Loan (EIDL) loan applications I've seen talk about covering mortgage payments, which I believe will be your main qualifier.

I would add, make sure the agent quotes it with "Personal Injury coverage as part of the Liability"Many carriers now have endorsements for Service Line coverage (for damage to water, sewer, electrical lines coming to property) and for Equipment Breakdown coverage.
