Not too worry you will have plenty of people selling the dream to you.  

That said, plenty of successful investors do it without one by working with experienced agents and focusing on building a strong network.

There have been plenty of land scams there for years. 

They should have current experience and plenty of it2.

I'm sure there are plenty of paid mentors and coaches out there, but from personal experience its been the on the job 1 on 1 time with someone doing what you are trying to thats been most impactful to me.  

Milwaukee is a great rental market with plenty of opportunities for investment. 

To keep it short and sweet, depending on your deal you should have plenty of options.

For example there is one video where at the beginning he says he had never dealt with the DOSC before and he called up the bank president, and asked him what to do, and the bank president actually tells him to use an executory contract and at that point he says he had used that method plenty of times before… so was is the first time or were there several times before?
