I got my ministerial credentials when I was 20, I jumped into direct marketing sales for a while during college, I got a degree in Interpersonal Communication and then have had 4 jobs in the last six years out of college.

You do not reward bad behaviour.

Read some very wise replies on here... there's a lot for you to mull over on this... here's my two cents:1) If you don't like the impression others have of you, you need to change your behaviours.2) Why are you so concerned what others think of you anyways?

When they do it is usually rent payment or eviction for behaviour.

"Having a good feeling" about somebody speaks more to their interpersonal skills than it does to the investment.

The statistics in both Canada and the U.S.A. over the last couple of decades indicate the opposite: in situations of separation/divorce and child custody it is more common for the man to leverage the fiscal imbalance between his income and the woman's to prolong proceedings and force financial hardship on his ex-partner and their children or, for the man to simply be a deadbeat and abandon his children.My wife carries out research in this area, much of the domestic violence, police and court statistics paint a very dour portrait of the behaviour of men.  

I know I sound like a snob, but it was simply a matter of adjusting my interpersonal communication skills. 

It's just the behaviour one has, if one shows up with a very expensive car and want's them to see it (to show off), then that would be very inappropriate. 

The price does not matter that much anymore, people spend money on upgrades ("fully loaded") and the price does not matter that much anymore.I see similar behaviour with rents: basic shelter is very price competitive - $50 make a big difference.

I was going to suggest that once you resolve this situation for tenant B, there will be another issue that you will have to 'solve' for her soon regarding her inability to carry on a tactful interpersonal relationship.
