do have a decent amount saved up in my stock portfolio that I want to sell to maybe acquire a second investment property but I’d like 4-6 unit would it be the right time now or take it slow and build up to that?

Single family 3-4 bed not on septic with an ARV of 400-900k or small multi family in king and northern pierce counties.   

I already gathered sufficient capital looking to build up a network of realtors/brokers/handyman. 

It would have taken me many many years to build up the cash reserves to get this far.

You're really just talking about a deed of trust (or mortgage, not sure which is used in KS) and a promissory note.

Main issues are obviously the lack of inventory in my price range (<$700k) and the need to build up a better network of likeminded people to get into that next level of acquisitions ($1m+).

I am still very interested in Utah in general, but this may need to be step 3 or 4 after I build up some reserve from smaller projects.
