No, those expenses would be deducted in the years they occurred unless you've made an odd election to capitalize them.  

Very nice market, but pricey and again like you are finding the numbers just don't make sense because sale prices are inflated cause you have paper heavy investors who are thinking way long term and any short term extra costs are irrelevant to them. 

To accomplish this, you need an income that outpaces inflation.

Hi everyone, I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the Platform Pacaso, I have noticed that it can inflate housing prices in some areas due to them being less concerned about paying a low price upfront and more focused on the overall profit they can generate through fractional sales and ongoing services. 

Someone  MIGHT get lucky, but the odds of that happening are very remote.
