Just couple years ago I assisted another BP member who was in similar situation, you can actually read related discussion here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/51/topics/527...Solo 401k plans are pretty inexpensive to setup and maintain, and because there are no other participants other than the business owner and his/her spouse they are simple to administer.

But I have to think the service providers who rely on transactional real estate deals for their income IE RE agents  MLO  PM the agents in Columbus OHIO :) etc this would be a very inexpensive form of advertising that they would pay an add on for.
