Financial freedom.

I work full time at a decent job, but have quickly learned that I needed to make some changes in my families life by securing our financial future. 

A turnover means repairs, painting, cleaning, marketing, vacancy time, and lost rent, so a small discount is often a better financial decision than churning tenants every year.There’s a lot more to consider, but these are some key lessons I’ve learned.

I understand this is a good way to become financially secure over time and am eager to start.  

Another would be you are building other units next door/nearby and you can chalk this build up to the "learning curve".I didn't see a CFO on GLH or GLC's website, but I'm sure you have someone doing this type of financial analysis for your developments?

Remember, not every single decision in your life has to make financial sense.

And hopefully I can be financially independent by paying the mortgage down eventually.  

The only other question I would suggest is that you do engage a property management company to review your quad and review your monthly financials.

No improvements have been made, but nothing has deteriorated either.
