Another option ($$$) Might be to engage an advertising company, and have them flood the local radio, TV and Internet With bi-weekly news stories about the coming business, focusing on the number of jobs that will be created.The number of jobs both for construction workers to build it, and the number of employees that will staff it over the shifts it will be open.

Biggest thing is to make sure the agent and title company are competent in Seller Financing, I personally close my Seller Financing deals with a title company who has a real estate attorney on staff.

There is also a large restaurant company here that I have been told needs rentals for a shorter term but pays very well to house staff that they bring in from out of town to work for them during high season.

If your taxes were relatively simple, it really depends on the CPA and their staff, but if it was only what you mentioned, I'd have expected it done sometime in March.
