I agree more downfalls need to be shared to keep us in check, grateful and humble.

Best $30 bucks Ive ever spent.After countless hours re-reading and highlighting every other sentence in this book, I can say I without a doubt humbled by my lack of knowledge, but also edified in a way I was hoping for.As I am young, my cash reserves are not the best (still a few more months of student loan payments), I will not let this deter me, as I know that If i find a good enough deal, the money will find me.I do not know any real estate professionals in my personal life.

I was humbled by the level of production and investment experience of my fellow group members.

In my humble opinion, multifamily & self storage remain stable investments, and don't tend to be correlated to the single family market, and its vulnerability to changes in interest rates, which is why investors flock to commercial real estate niches such as these.

@Carson WrightHi Carson I agree with Alecia, start of with your first few properties in your name, eventually after you pile up a descent amount of properties you then can branch out into LLC’s in my humble opinion.
