Ours all want good sized shower stalls with glass doors, stainless appliances, coffee stations, a pantry, solid entry doors & opt for security systems with WiFi cameras.

Bankruptcy would be the only thing that could stall the sale outside of a full payoff or a lawsuit that you have to pay for, if you can't find someone to take your case on a contingency basis (If I were an attorney, I wouldn't take it based on what you wrote) and it would only stall the sale if you don't have a case.

or lease for pasture boarding of horses. 

I feel like we might stall out after this deal is finalized.

@Aaron Vargas Not to beat a dead horse, but pretty much every large lender throughout the country will do down to 3.5% on an FHA owner occupied loan on a 1-4 unit as long as your credit score is above 580.

There have been stalls every step of the way, because as I said my tenant is a professional.

There is a washer and dryer.Things like the Smart TV, wifi, outdoor grill, firepit, horse shoe pit, nude female artwork in the bedrooms, etc. are just bonus things above and beyond staying in a motel room.
