My four adult children are out of the house; so, below are goals for our 11 year old and me.Read 15 minutes per day and log it.Set limit on daily electronic use.Clean up after himself (toys, push chair in, dishes, clean bedroom, clean car).He plays sports and has a few tough baseball goals that he works with me on (inside/out swing, pitching mechanics, 3B fielding). 

The place actually looks nice and clean. 

Leather is very durable and easy to clean but more expensive.Depends on the property and your budget.Sleeper sofas give you more sleeping capacity.

Ergo I do all the cooking and cleaning  LOL It doesn't hurt that your wife has a client (you) that gives her all his new builds to sell, lol. 

We painted the outside, cleaned up the backyard, changed the fireplace, changed kitchen countertops and backsplash, added accent wallks.

Basically completed just needed some clean up from construction, so to be expected. 

Also Airbnb does prioritize things like looser cancellation policies, instant book, in line with market cleaning fees, etc.

This was an Oct 15th acquisition and took about 2 months to clean out and repair/rehab. 

This person will most likely always pay on time and their is a higher likelihood they are clean which will mean in the end of their lease you can lease it to the next person while theyvare there and the deposit will cover the small charges. 

I just recently took one apart trying to get into every possible nook and cranny to clean it and it was GROSS.
