I’ve found that putting in a bit of effort upfront, like when I upgraded my kitchen with discounted German appliances delivered straight to the US, makes things run smoother in the long run.

Highlight efforts to minimize displacement, such as offering lease renewals or supporting affordable housing initiatives, and share data to clarify financial realities.

I don’t want to limit myself to any investment endeavor if it’s a good fit, but also don’t want to put the time and effort into becoming a real estate agent if there isn't a decent list of pros to doing so while investing.

Let those who just buy a property and put on Airbnb without doing much effort compete on price.
