In my town, 1000 gallons of water is around $8.00. 

Any one have any recommendations on local places to buy material.I am looking for roughly 1000sqft of vinyl plank700sqft of carpet 15 gallons of paint75sqft of granite countertopStainless steel kitchen appliance set (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher)

A  toilet manufactured before 1980 uses 5-8 gallons a flush.

That is pretty big on my finances compared to $15 for a light fixture, $100 for storm door which extends my replacement time on the entry door, $100 for couple gallons of paint I can apply at my leisure instead of under the gun trying o turn a property. 

My family uses about 3,600 gallons a month.

The average per person uses about 200 gallons per day.

One was a 3bed/2bath unit set up for ten guests, but it had a small 3.8 cubic foot dorm fridge that couldn't hold fit a gallon of milk and they didn't have a single picture, clock, or other decoration on any of the walls.

Another associate came running up the stairs from the basement with a keg of beer and collided with a 55 gallon fish tank.

Up until a couple of months ago, the water usage was typical, I think around 8,000 gallons but then it spiked to over 64,000 gallons. 

In that case, you install a giant (2500 - 5,000) gallon buried tank to hold all waste water and sewage.
