You can still flush it under pressure - you just have to make sure to dig out enough access to open & close the drain valve.

Have them turn on faucets, lights, stove, open fridge, flush toilet, open cabinets, closets, doors, windows, work shower/bath etc.Watch the video, take notes and send request to see certain areas/items close up with another video or some photos.Have the owner offer the tenants something in return for them doing it. 

The cost of everything is up now...materials from China due to tariffs, gas was up (now down a bit), and contractors/subs are all so flush with work that they had the power to charge higher prices.

I've called Birmingham's Housing Authority at least five times last week and I either didn't get an answer or they tell me they don't know...I think any landlord can rent section 8 but the property has to have certain requirements like running water, hard wired smoke alarms, flush toilets and a roof that isnt collapsing.

Hi Jim, I'm not an expert on buying notes, but I see no reason for you not to flush out these deals despite the coronavirus pandemic.
