If that's the case, I'll go for it, but I want to make sure I'm adequately covered and don't get the finger if I ever need to make a claim.Yes, having to have flood and rising water in addition to renter's insurance is pretty lame.

That could really screw you on your resale of the property and when you resell the property I can almost guarantee you the standard buyer will go through escrow/title company and then you just cross your fingers that everything turns up clean.
