Get the new company involved early and they can help facilitate the transfer nicely with the info that they need.

If you're a broker looking to facilitate deals, and you can represent the property, it can be great for you.

My strategy so far has been to let the PM look at this as a opportunity for him to earn a full commission, and facilitate a deal for me.

Shall i change it to LLC before I sell, so as to better facilitate the 1031 and for the buying deal?
