I listened to the podcast along with my Renatus education and I do think the podcast helped me A LOT but I do enjoy the commissions And that's just another piece of my "puzzle" now.

Our aim to is make the investing journey more enjoyable by sharing direct feedback about what’s happening on the ground, actionable investing intel, real estate references, among other things that make investing not seem soo alien, tedious, worrisome, or out of reach.

Solid 2-4 unit properties are so scarce in these areas (~21 sales in last 12 mo between the 2), the market simply doesn't allow a buyer with a low downpayment to enjoy any "income" out of the gate.

Ppl get testy about $ and things like their home(s) thus enjoy seeing others "squirm." 

Or would I be wiser to wait until I have a 9-5 post college and just enjoy these years and hope market conditions become more favorable?

Start with BP but there are a few others out there you'll find and enjoy. 

Not a goal that'll be soon but would like to gift them a home that they can live in and enjoy.  

If you really enjoy Tulum so much, continue creating the lifestyle where you can visit as often as you want for as long as you want, with who you want.
