To which the lady replies 'Well honey most guys are'The wife bailed in embarrassment so I paid for them & still carry the largest one to remind her of the event!!

I saw a piece of advice on here that I have used more than any, it was that if you are not embarrassed by how low your offer is, then you offered too much.

Then I make sure to put in offers so low that they would embarrass most people.

Every podcast I have heard, has said, "if you are not embarrassed by the offer, then it is not low enough!" 

The military consumes you, It's not a job, it's a whole new life. you won't be spending time getting better at real estate, you'll be jumping out of planes and going to wars.you'll also be spending lots of time around people who have no interest in financial achievement.if you're only joining for economic reasons, you're gonna make an embarrassingly large mistake.

However, like Eric said,  I'm not embarrassed by my offers. 

We told him if you weren't a little embarrassed by the lowness of the offer, you were offering too much.

I was recently asked about how foreigners could invest in US real estate and am embarrassed to say that I don't even have the faintest idea about how this would work.

He may have not said anything out of embarrassment.
