We are getting close to and we are looking for new lender, or a way to put our current lender as ease, and increase our loan limits. does anyone have experience with this situation?

As someone accustomed to the structured environment of military life, I'm looking for a quiet location where I can feel secure and at ease to walk my dogs around.

i want to buy another 2 family, but im intimidated with these high interest rates and crazy market .im house hacking right now and and have an easy tenant. buying a second property will be more responsiblilty and im anxious. whats a good webinar to help ease my anxiety 

Trevor is right that gettng a loan from a bank is easier nowadays because of recent qualitative easing policies. 

BUT... they do an okay job, and I'd rather over pay (within reason) just for the 'ease' of not having to do it myself (even if all i had to do was oversee an independent contractor) and have them do all the coordinations and post the costs to my ledger, etc. etc. etc. ....

There could also be other factors at play too such as speed/ease of communication and promptness of filing.

While the added bathroom is possible, it’s a lot of cash up front and comes with some hefty risks and unknowns in comparison to the ease and appreciation possible with only adding a bedroom.

I must admit,  having tax, cpa and LLC formation under one roof is attractive to me for ease of transactions.
